[Completed] alliz × Linkyu と旧道を歩く。春のハイキング(相模湖エリア) ~ Spring Hike on a Historic Passage (Lake Sagami Area) ~

Event Overview
In early April, when the spring air feels especially pleasant, why not take a slow walk along a short section of the Old Koshu Kaido, a historic passage that supported travel and trade during the Edo period? ☀️🥾
This is a beginner-friendly hike. We’ll start from JR Fujino Station, enter the Old Koshu Kaido, and walk while enjoying the scenery along Lake Sagami and the lingering traces of history. Along the way, we’ll pass Yose Ichirizuka (よせいちりづか), which once served as a distance marker on the route, and we’ll finish at Sagamiko Park.
This time, we’ll also add a few gentle body and mind “reset” elements to the walk: a short mindful breathing practice before we begin, a silent-walk segment during the hike, and an optional moment during a break to briefly share what you noticed and how you felt (only if you’d like).
The goal isn’t to find a perfect answer, but to slow down your thoughts, recharge, and bring that renewed energy back into everyday life. We hope the spring nature and this historic path can be the spark for that.
Everyone is welcome, students and working professionals alike. Spots are limited, so if you haven’t registered yet, please sign up today.
