Linkyu Nature Awareness Walk in June ~ Returning to Yourself in Nature ~

Event Overview
Do you ever feel like you are moving forward on the outside, while still pulled by old patterns on the inside? Maybe you are changing jobs, adapting to a new environment, living abroad, or facing more life decisions on your own. You know you need to keep going, but your body feels tired, your mind feels full, and it becomes harder to hear what you truly want.
Join us for Linkyu Nature Awareness Walk, a monthly small-group experience organized by Linkyu. Through breathing practice, silent walking, stretching, and simple reflection in nature, we will gently bring attention back to the body and the present moment. The group will be kept small, with up to 8 participants, so everyone can feel comfortable and have enough space.
Nature will not solve everything immediately. But after long periods of focused work and mental effort, being in nature can offer a softer kind of attention: noticing trees, sounds, wind, footsteps, and breath without forcing yourself to concentrate.
Part of our route passes by Jimmuji Temple, a historic Buddhist temple said to have been founded in 724 and long associated with mountain worship in the Zushi area. The quiet temple setting adds a sense of history and stillness to the walk, inviting us to slow down and notice what is present around us and within us.
Through this walk, we hope to create a quiet space where you can slow down, feel yourself more clearly, and reconnect with what matters to you now.
If something comes up during the walk that you would like to explore further, we can continue the conversation online afterward. During lunch break, we will also briefly introduce what a life coaching conversation can look like for those who are interested.

Linkyu
Linkyu (リンキュー / 灵与) is a life coaching project created to support people living abroad or going through transitions in reconnecting with themselves and finding their next step. By creating a safe, trust-based space, Linkyu helps people clarify their thoughts through conversation, notice emotions and values, and turn insights into small, practical actions they can bring back into everyday life. With a theme of rebuilding connections across language and culture between self, others, and the wider world, Linkyu also offers experiences that combine coaching with time in nature.
About Linkyu and alliz:
Kangkang is the founder of Linkyu and a mentor on alliz. As alliz supports people in career exploration and transition through information, community, and mentorship, Linkyu offers this monthly Nature Awareness Walk as a gentle space to slow down, step into nature, and reconnect with what matters personally beyond information and networking. Participants who would like to continue the conversation after the walk can book time with Kangkang through the alliz platform directly.
