Event Overview
Do you ever feel like you're moving forward on the outside, while something on the inside keeps quietly pulling you back? Between screens, schedules, and everyday noise, it's easy to lose touch with your own body and what you actually want.
Join us for Linkyu Nature Awareness Walk, a monthly small-group experience organized by Linkyu. Through walking, breathing practice, stretching, and reflection in nature, we will gently bring our attention back to the body and the present moment. The group stays small — up to 8 participants — so everyone has space to feel comfortable.
This walk may not bring the answers right away — but it can help quiet the noise enough to hear yourself again.
This event is for you, if you are…?
Always busy, with little time to actually stop and rest.
Telling yourself you'll slow down later — always later.
Spending most of your day on a screen, wanting a few real hours away from it.
Simply craving some quiet time in nature, with a small group of people.
Linkyu Nature Awareness Walk in September ~ Returning to Yourself in Nature ~
About the walk
Nature may not solve your challenges, but after long stretches of focused work and mental exhaustion, it offers a softer kind of attention — noticing trees, sound, wind, footsteps, breath, without having to force concentration.
Our route passes Jimmuji Temple, a quiet, historic setting that invites us to slow down. Along the way there are also a few playful challenges — including a chain-assisted rock climb — that bring their own kind of satisfaction.
Some participants find that the trail's small challenges — like the chain-assisted climb — help them stay present, one careful step at a time. And for anyone who's walked this route before: it rarely feels the same twice. One participant joining for a second time said it felt "faster and less challenging than the first time" — a small reminder that things do get easier with repetition. Beyond that, each walk also brings a different mix of people and a bit more awareness than the last, so even a familiar path carries a new vibe.
If something comes up during the walk that you would like to explore further, we can continue the conversation online. During lunch break, we will share what a coaching conversation can look like for those interested — it’s a one-on-one space to think out loud together about what's on your mind.

Organizers
Linkyu
Linkyu (リンキュー / 灵与) is a project built around small-group nature experiences and coaching conversations, created to help people living abroad or going through transitions reconnect with themselves and find their next step. By creating a safe, trust-based space — in nature and in conversation — Linkyu helps people notice what they're carrying, clarify their thoughts, and turn insight into small, practical steps they bring back into everyday life. With a theme of rebuilding connections across language and culture between self, others, and the wider world, Linkyu brings people together through walking, breathing, and honest conversation.
About Linkyu and alliz:
Kangkang is the founder of Linkyu and a mentor on alliz. As alliz supports people in career exploration and transition through information, community, and mentorship, Linkyu offers this monthly Nature Awareness Walk as a gentle space to slow down, step into nature, and reconnect with what matters personally beyond information and networking. Participants who would like a coaching conversation to think through what's next for them can book time with Kangkang through the alliz platform directly.
